Well, Gem, next time you'll know to hold your conference during a holiday. Did you know that almost no one stays at hotels during holidays? And yet, hotels rarely close the front desk during the holiday? Even though there's nothing at all to do?

Definitely making it to Ontario before the next year is out, barring any major catastrophes, partly because Jely will kill me if I don't. I started promising to come see her back when she was in the castle.

Never did meet the boy I was supposed to kiss for you, so far as I know. Which is odd, because I spent a great deal of my time right across the street from Ducky's. I'll be living a block away this year. Not that that's a big deal. You can't get much more than ten minute's walk away from Ducky's in any direction and still be within the town limits.
